Abstracts and Posters

Application

When submitting your application, you can apply for:

  • poster presentation only

  • oral presentation only

  • poster and oral presentation

Please note that only participants registering to attend the on-site event are eligible to submit an abstract/ poster. Abstracts and posters will not be accepted from virtual participants.

Deadline for abstract and/or poster submission: August 16, 2024.

Please follow the guidelines on the abstract and poster submission form.

Poster Submission

  • Abstracts are not required for poster presentations.

  • You still have to apply on the registration form. 

Oral Submission

If you intend to apply for an oral presentation (with or without a poster presentation), you have to include an abstract along with your application.

  • Abstracts will be used only for the selection process and will not be published.

  • A selection process will take place with the results announced a few weeks after the abstract submission deadline. 

Travel Grants 

Our partner, the Institute of Human Biology (IHB) - Roche, is providing travel grants for PhD students and postdocs selected for oral presentations based on their abstract submissions.
